Stainless Steel
The FAE Quartz Field Watch features a very strong and compact 35mm, 316L Stainless Steel case, which can easily withstand water forces equivalent to 100-200 meters of depth or up to 20 atmospheres.
FAE believe titanium, which technically scratches more easily than stainless, is simply too soft to make the most rugged case.

Crystal Magic
The second hand is operated by a stepper motor which is actuated by the oscillating frequency of a magical quartz crystal. Your watch’s battery supplies a tiny current to the magical crystal which vibrates in response. This vibration is very accurate; accurate to less than one minute per year. Watches in the price range of many hundreds of thousands of dollars struggle to achieve this level of accuracy.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Custom FAE Quartz Field Watch is protected by a limited lifetime warranty. Your watch will require Annual Maintenance, which includes a new battery if needed, and a replacement case-back o-ring gasket. Your first Annual Maintenance is free!
